Refunds
Last Updated: May 4, 2026. NEXT SOLUTIONS CORP., a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, with its principal place of business at 300 Supertest Road, Unit 1, North York, ON M3J 2M2, Canada (referred to in this document as “Next Solutions Corp”), guarantees the right to a refund on the conditions set out in this Refund Policy.
1. Definitions
“You / your” or “the Customer” means a natural person who has agreed to the Next Solutions Corp Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies, and who uses the Services available on the Platform.
“Order” means (i) the purchase of cryptocurrency by you from Next Solutions Corp via the Platform; (ii) the sale of cryptocurrency by you to Next Solutions Corp via the Platform; (iii) a deposit of cryptoassets to Your Wallet that you have initiated; or (iv) a withdrawal of Stored Cryptoassets to another public blockchain address that you have initiated. An Order under (i) or (ii) is a two-party transaction involving only Next Solutions Corp and you.
“Platform” means the partially automated online system located at https://nextsolutionscorp.com/ (the “Website”) and within the Next Solutions Corp application, operated and maintained by Next Solutions Corp.
“Services” means (i) the exchange of fiat currency for cryptocurrency and the exchange of cryptocurrency for fiat currency; or (ii) custodial cryptocurrency wallet services that allow you to hold, store, transfer, and manage your balances of supported cryptocurrencies.
2. Main principles
Where Next Solutions Corp (1) fails to send the cryptocurrency to the address indicated by the Customer in accordance with the Order, or (2) fails to send the fiat currency to the account indicated by the Customer in accordance with the Order, Next Solutions Corp guarantees the Customer’s right to a refund.
The Customer is required to follow the payment process set out on the Platform. If the Customer sends funds to Next Solutions Corp and then requests a cancellation from a third-party financial institution before contacting Next Solutions Corp, the Customer is responsible for any cost incurred as a result of that cancellation.
The right to a refund arises only where the Customer has paid for the Services in accordance with the Order, including all applicable fees.
Any charges incurred in processing a refund request will be borne solely by the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
To submit a refund request, the Customer must complete a Refund Form and send it from the email address linked to their Platform account to support@nextsolutionscorp.com.
Review of a refund request may begin only after the Customer’s identity has been verified on the Platform.
Next Solutions Corp will process each submitted Refund Form as soon as reasonably possible. Response times depend on the reasons stated and on current workload. We will inform the Customer of the outcome in every case. The Customer is also welcome to contact our 24/7 Support department for status updates.
Please note that the submission of a Refund Form does not guarantee that the refund will be approved.
Where the Services are not provided, the funds are returned to the original payer account from which payment was received.
3. Refunds after successful cryptocurrency purchase
Refunds are not available where the Customer has already received the purchased cryptocurrency in accordance with the Order. However, if the Customer changes their mind and wishes to return the purchased cryptocurrency, Next Solutions Corp may buy it back at the current market rate, less the service fee and the Next Solutions Corp fee. In other words, the Customer may sell the purchased cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin or Tether) and be paid through one of the available payment methods (e.g. credit card or bank transfer).
4. Chargebacks
Next Solutions Corp expects the Customer to contact our Support department (support@nextsolutionscorp.com) to resolve any issue related to an existing Order before raising a chargeback. This paragraph does not affect any right or claim the Customer may have against the relevant bank or financial institution.
We investigate each chargeback request made by a Customer and communicate with the Customer’s bank or financial institution in the manner prescribed by applicable regulations.
Next Solutions Corp reserves the right to suspend the Customer’s account on the Platform and to lock the Customer’s funds during the chargeback investigation procedure.
